I informed SSE do not refund any credit in my accounts as this is being saved for winter 15/16 usage. Well today my bill is on line. So SSE have refunded my gas credit. So P.......D off with this. This means when the credit clears next week I will have to pay it back into the gas account. I have worked out what gas I could use for this winter. I know the energy companies have to refund any amount over £100. But this is just ignoring my request.
