Hi guys, anyone got any ideas how to make sliced chicken breasts marinated. But making them not dry. I really like these Sainsburys ones:

Cook them slowly, and cover if possible in the oven to stop evaporation.

poach them - there used to be a recipe on the pret a manger site for how they did theirs but I can't find it any more
