I have numerous folders with similar names, all starting with MSI2 on my Windows 7 system. As they are all empty I would presume they can be safely deleted, but I cannot, even as user-administrator, Can someone advise, please?

Didn't work,

I have CCleaner and use it sometimes, but that too has never nuked those folders. Have I possibly missed selecting an option; which?0
