The cheapest way to fly to Brazil

I just had to turn down a free trip to Brazil as part of my work; I simply didn't have the time! Sickening, isn't it?
Does anybody know when the cheapest month is to fly there (Rio or SP) and approximately how much it costs? When BA has its sale, how much would tickets to these destinations be reduced to?
The cheapest price to either appears to be around £650.00, which would be much too much in order to make a profit from such a visit. I would need to go Sunday to Friday.

Might be worth noting that First Choice now fly to SSA in Brazil. Might work out cheaper.0
