Tesco - want to speak to a person?

If you call Tesco customer services for Credit Cards - you will end up talking to a robot. After the robot has checked your security information it will give you options 1 - 4; followed more options and again more options. However there is no option to speak to a person!
To speak to a person when the robot gives you option 1,2,3,4 you need to enter a number it hasn't given you. I used 5
The robot will say it didn't recognize your entry please try again - it will give you the choices 1,2,3,4 again - enter 5! At this point the robot will transfer you to a customer services person!

    This is the case with a lot of companies.

    I've also worked out the method to get to the front of the queue with a lot of phone systems.

    Often if you ignore from the start the automatic options a couple of times you get transferred to a person so it could be worth trying that
