TFl: contactless journey completed, money still pending?

Morning,
I wonder if anyone here can help as I spent 15 minutes on hold to tfl before giving up.
Last Saturday and Sunday (10/11 Oct) I used contactless payment in London at my friend's recommendation.
On Tuesday (13th) I checked my bank account and tfl have taken 9.20. This matches my journeys and charges on my tfl online account exactly.
However, I have a pending amount of £21.30 on my bank account which the bank says are two tfl payments, one for £9.20 and one for £12.10!
As I said above, I made two completed journeys which match my online account. Does anyone know what these pending charges are for and will they resolve themselves?
Thanks in advance.

Did you tap out for both journeys? If not it'll take the maximum fare.No free lunch, and no free laptop
