How to enter:
Simply fill in the form and carefully enter your unique 19 digit Lotto Ticket number (found in the top left corner of your Lotto Ticket). You will need a Lotto Ticket valid between Saturday, October 10, 2015 and Saturday, November 7, 2015. Competition closes 23:59 on Saturday, October 31, 2015.

Entry
4. To participate in the Promotion, you must (in addition to satisfying the eligibility criteria listed in paragraph 1 above):
a. have purchased a National Lottery Lotto Ticket (a “Lotto Ticket”) at a National Lottery Retailer or via the National Lottery website for entry into a National Lottery Lotto draw to be held between 10th October and 7th November 2015 inclusive (each being a “Qualifying Lotto Draw”);
b. between 07:00 on Saturday October 17, 2015 and 23:59 on Saturday, October 31, 2015 (the “Entry Period”), visit https://www.telegraph.co.uk/lottocompetition; and
c. during the Entry Period, enter your personal details (including your full name, address, date of birth and telephone number) in the required fields on the entry form together with your unique Lotto Ticket number from your Lotto Ticket for a Qualifying Lotto Draw*.
*Please note that your Lotto Ticket number will be checked to ensure it is a valid Lotto Ticket for a Qualifying Lotto Draw. You must keep your original Lotto Ticket or printed validation slip as proof of purchase – this may be required to be shown before any prize is awarded.
5. If you are a member of a Syndicate - If a valid Lotto Ticket was purchased on behalf of a syndicate, it is the responsibility of the members of the syndicate to decide who will enter the Promotion and how any prize won may be shared. A prize will only be paid to the person who has registered their details to enter the Promotion.
6. Entry to this Promotion is restricted to one per person. A Lotto Ticket number may be used once only against any valid entry.
7. Entries using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. Incomplete, corrupt or entries not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries may not be sent through agencies or other third parties. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. Entries not complying with these Terms will not be valid.
The Promotion Draw and Prizes
9. Promotion Draw - Following successful entry in accordance with the above Terms, you will be automatically entered into a draw (the “Promotion Draw”). The Promotion Draw will be a random draw, supervised by an independent observer and will take place shortly after the Entry Period for the Promotion closes. The winners of the Promotion Draw will be the first 1000 valid entries selected at random. However, 100 additional names will be drawn to allow for reserve winners.
10. :Prizes will be awarded to the winners as they are drawn, in the following order:
- 10 x Apple iPhone 6 16GB in space grey and a Telegraph Digital Subscription;
- 10 x Sony Xperia Z4 10.1” 32 GB Android Wi-Fi, with Bluetooth keyboard and a Telegraph Digital Subscription;
- 10 x Samsung G920 Galaxy S6 SIM-free Android 32GB in black and a Telegraph Digital Subscription;
- 25 x iPad Air 2 16GB Wi-Fi in space grey and a Telegraph Digital Subscription;
- 25 x Samsung Galaxy TAB S 8.4 16GB Wi-Fi/BT KitKat 4.4 in bronze and a Telegraph Digital Subscription;
- 60 x iPad Mini 4 16GB Wi-Fi in Space Grey and a Telegraph Digital Subscription;
- 860 x Telegraph Digital Subscriptions
11. Telegraph Digital Subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of activation and will be renewable at the price current at the time of renewal. Where a winner is already a Telegraph Digital subscriber, the winner may transfer the Telegraph Digital Subscription to another person who is not a subscriber and who is over 18 years of age. Apple and Samsung are not associated with and have not sponsored the Promotion.
12. The Promoters will not enter into any negotiation or correspondence in relation to prize allocation.
13. Winner - If you are a winner, your first name and post town may be announced in a printed edition of the Telegraph following the Promotion Draw.
14. Prizes will be sent to winners by Royal Mail registered post within 14 days of the Promotion Draw and will be sent to the address provided at the time of entry into the Promotion. A signature will be required upon delivery. Should a prize be returned as undeliverable for any reason, the Promoters reserve the right to offer the prize to a reserve winner. Please note the corresponding winning Lotto Ticket or validation slip will need to be retained as this may need to be shown prior to any prize being awarded. The Telegraph will award all prizes.
General
15. All personal data provided to the Promoters, during entry or otherwise in relation to the Promotion, will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “DPA”). Personal data will be held and used by the Promoters for the purposes set out in these Terms. Subject to your consent, your personal data will also be used by the Promoters to send you marketing and promotional messages about their products and services. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered to you under the DPA and you consent to such transfer and to the processing of your personal data in such countries.
16. A full list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Telegraph Lotto Promotion Winners, Promotions Department, Telegraph Media Group, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT within three months after the Promotion Draw takes place.
17. The Promoters’ decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right in their reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the Promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) in The Telegraph and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Promotion materially affecting the result of the Promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the Promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control. The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond their reasonable control corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion.
18. The Promoters do not accept any liability or responsibility of any nature for any action or event which prevents a person from entering into the Promotion, nor in relation to the taking of any prize or the consequences of doing so, to the extent permitted by law. Further, the Promoters shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, digital connectivity, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
19. The Promoters reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including changing these Terms and altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified by giving notice on https://www.telegraph.co.uk/lottocompetition. The Promoters further reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal value in the event of a prize becoming unavailable.

Worked fine for me, but you don't enter the dashes ( - ) ... just the numbers

Did that a couple of times but still the numbers change at the end.


UPDATE:
managed to enter by copying the link on another browser, hopefully it didn't change the number at the end...

Are you using Firefox? I had the same problem with this one & with another lottery comp. It seems to be a browser issue, should work OK in IE or Chrome x

Yes I had the same in Firefox. Worked in Chrome however.

I havn't seen any other comps, but I would say so, assuming they're all "unique" competitions on different sites?
