IVA ending after 7 years

Options
Evening everyone,

Our IVA is due to end in January next year, after an extension to 7 years.
The normal procedure is to provide bank statements and payslips for a final review but I have been unable to get hold of Clear Debt.

Has anyone any experience of what happens before or at the end of the term, we have not had a salary increase and nothing has changed.

Thank you.

We completed some time ago not with clear debt. At the end of the term we were just told we had reached the end of the extended term and that was it. 6 months later got our completion certificate. No forms had to be submitted no bank statements that was just it.

You will be asked to do a final review, assuming they contact you of course.
  • Thank you for your replies. I managed to get hold of our case owner and he said they will need payslips, bank statements......the lot!

Thanks for getting back to me. Can't wait for my life to get back to some normality!
