Just ignore them, they send Debt Recovery Plus letters then they give up. Not surprised to learn the IPC let them join again - they will fit in very nicely with all the knuckle dragging ex-clampers and the rest of the jokers at the IPC.

I'm in the Brighton/Sussex area too so I might try and get a PCN from them, should be interesting.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It would seem that they may have got their act together.

However, how do they obtain their DVLA data? I doubt they are wired up using the EDI but do they use a bureaux service - such as SolutionLabs Ltd - or are they using the V888 route? In any event the NtK (or what passes for it) was issued bang on Day 29.

A letter to the DVLA might answer this:

    DVLA
    Fee Paying Enquiry Section
    Swansea
    SA99 1ZZ

Request that they confirm when and by whom any registered keeper enquiries have been made between 12 September and 12 October inclusive (Remind them that to provide this information is not a chargeable service). Don't forget to include details of the vehicle!

They are taking around 14 days to turn around such requests.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
