Had an email from Amazon saying
I'm afraid I'm not too well up on all this modern stuff.
What exactly can I spend this on and how?
What is the Amazon Appstore? Is that where you buy apps for an Android tablet?
As a thank you for being an Amazon customer that has shopped on Amazon.co.uk via an Android phone or through the Amazon App for Android, we have placed a £10 Amazon Appstore credit on your account valid towards apps, games, and in-app items (excluding subscriptions).
I'm afraid I'm not too well up on all this modern stuff.
What exactly can I spend this on and how?

I got the same email. I believe it can be spent in the Amazon appstore, as far as I can figure out this is a poor mans imitation of the play store. The problem I can see is that you have to keep their appstore installed to ensure any apps you buy still work. Personally I am not going to bother with the voucher....0
