Does anyone know a good insurance company that would provide a travel insurance cover for people over 65?

I used Staysure for my 80 year old Father who went to Spain for three weeks this summer. He's had prostate and bowel cancer and he paid around £150 which was much cheaper than other quotes he'd had by hundreds of pounds. We went through Topcashback and he got £35 back.
We also used Staysure for his 79 year old partner who has no medical issues. She paid around £50 and got £10ish cash back.0
