Facebook -video resolution

I have just uploaded a video to Facebook.

When it plays, it is expanded and looks lower quality.

Can I upload the video and fix the size, so the video is not expanded ??

    I assumed FB auto resized video images.

    You could try uploading it to Youtube and post that onto FB instead.
