LED hut gu10 lamps

Hello
We have a light fitting in our kitchen, quite cheap from home base, which takes 4 GU10 lamps.
I originally installed 4x 50 watt lamps in, but keen to save money I replaced them with 4x 4 watt led lamps fom ledhut.co.uk
The light quality is ok. However I got them last December and had to send 1 back for free rreplacement after about 6 months. Then a month or two back the other 3 all fizzed and popped within a few weeks if each other (each one having a tiny scorched spot on one of the LEDs.
Eventually I got them replaced and 4 new ones (again free) arrived in the post today. Within 20 mins one flickered and went out. This evening 2 more have gone. That's 3 out of 4 in less than 8 hours!!!
Is it that LED HUT lamps are just $#@! or is there a problem with the fitting? To be fair, I can't remember the last time I was forced to replace one of the original 50 watt ones.
It is a real pain to install the lamps (have to use a suckered thing on the lens) and the lamp never feels particularly secure in the fitting. Could that be a contributing factor?
Or are they just $#@! ?

I have been using Aurora leds in kitchen 4x50w equivalent using 6w for just over 2 years without any problems got them from Amazon
http://www.amazon.co.uk/LED-Bulbs-Aurora-Light/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=n%3A248790031%2Cp_4%3AAurora
I think one of the main problems with leds not lasting is how effective they are at heat dispersal0
