You Tube not playing, woe is me, lol

Hi all
Another technical hitch going on here. I used C Cleaner on my computer as it was going a bit slow. It's sped up, but now You Tube vids won't play.
Can anyone with some brain cells tell me what I've most likely got rid of. Flash Player, or something like that?

YouTube used to require Flash, but now HTML5 is used to play videos by default (although you can still use Flash). HTML5 is built in to the browser, so no add on should be required.
Have you tested using a clean browser profile or a different browser?0
