You may be surprised or even stunned to see what your company PC's have been used to update on Wikipedia.
Lets start with a big one, HSBC, you might expect the press office to make edits about company info, financial matters etc but would you really expect the HSBC to feel the need to update information about..........
Henry Paget, 1st Marquiss of Anglesea
or
Chick Fit by All Saints
or
The Opel Manta
or maybe
Gary Glitter Denies Wrong Doing
Yes, your local bank feels the need to update wikipedia on subjects as diverse as historical fugures, pop music, cars from the 70's and paedophiles.
Don't believe me, type the name of your intended 'victim' at the location below and browse away, it's more than a little funny.

HSBC staff will no doubt be doing what most companies staff with internet access do from time to time, browsing the web for their own amusement on company time

Nothing unusual/worrying, but a bit amusing seeing what they've been up to (and even more amusing are some of the reactions to it).0
