...Are refusing to correspond with me because my signature and address differs from when i had my loans out.
They will correspond with me once i go into a branch and prove i am who i am with either a passport, drivers license AND a utility bill.
They will not look into my compliant until i have done this.
I do not have a passport, i do not have a drivers license.
What should i do?

You should do what they ask. They are quite correct to be acting this way.
As you dont have a driving licence or passport then bring in multiple utility bills, council tax bill etc.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I had the same problem with hsbc, they wanted id before they would pay out my claim. I had no passport or driving licence as im epileptic. I took in my birth certificate and my bus pass wiih
photo on it, even then they werent keen so i took a prescriiption and a copy if a lette from Dwp. Why hsbc differs from most banks astounds me.0 -

They haven't even investigated my complaint yet.0 -

Just do it, it is a security measure for your own benefit to prevent fraudulent impersonation. It will be quicker than arguing over it. Use some of the ID listed above.0

Hiya,
Sorry to trouble you again.
On the letter it states Verbatim: "........., taking this letter and suitable identification (for example a passprt or full driving licence, along with a utiilty bill reflecting yur new address)".
As you know i do not have a passport or driving license, so i took some documents along with the letter from the list Westie983 posted.
Which was: A DLA entitlement letter, Council Tax letter/Bill, Utility Bill and my disabled bus pass which has my photo and name on.
I also re did my signature.
The lady had to go and talk to her manager. After a considerable amount of time she looked like she was then photocopying them.
When she finally came over, she said it's unlikely that they will accept them because "It was not what they were asking for on the letter", but she copied them and put them on the system anyway.
Could anyone tell me what the next step would be if PPI complaints refuse to accept the documents i gave them as i would like to prepare myself for that possible eventuality.
Thank you

I took in a letter from my bank which was stamped and signed off by them as a true and certified copy and also too my dwp letter plus my bus pass and my birth certificate ., I kjow how difficult it is with Hsbc, my claim was only £100 and i had a hell of a job getting it paid, just because i wasnt a current member of the bank, and the last signature they had from me was 15 years ago, so how could it be the same., as i had a stroke.0
