Parking near Torbay Hospital

Good morning, I'm doing 3 days training at Torbay Hospital soon. Can anyone help me with names of roads where you can freely park all day? I'd be happy with a 15-20 minute walk.

Can the Hospital not help on this? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

try the parkopedia websiteFrom the Plain Language Commission:

If you're happy with a 15-20 minute walk, investigate the Shiphay area. Plenty of free road parking.0

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Hospital not too helpful - they just gave me a map of paying car parks in the hospital and surrounding area. I had also already tried the Parkopedia app which suggested B&Q where I know from experience you can only park for a few hours before getting a ticket. Will check out Shiphay, thanks for that!0

As a noted pincher of pennies, I am always looking for free parking, and find google street view very helpful. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Yes, Street View is very useful. It seems the streets in Shiphay are resident permit parking only between 10 and 11 am so I may have to bite the bullet and park in one of the hospital car parks then move the car at lunchtime.0
