Vodafone have really stitched me up!

I have recently applied for a loan to further my studies but have declined due Vodafones stupidity. Checked my credit score and found nearly four missed payment marks yet knowing I have NEVER missed a payment. I called them and I've spoken to three different advisors this week all saying the same thing "we've checked your statements and there is nothing outstanding". So not only do they not know why these have appeared on my credit file I do not know why. I know for a fact Vodafone have completely messed up with my bill ever since I got another line, but the thing is the other line is connected to my main account so there is no separate bill. But I do know as an advisor admitted over the phone that what they have been doing is whenever I have paid them over the phone they have not split the bill accordingly between two lines and only been clearing one line. Therefore I think they've caused these missing payments themselves. I do not know what to do as I've started my course and my bank have refused my professional studies loan application just because of Vodafone. I have made a complaint to the ombudsman and two Vodafone advisors have filled out forms to their credit team. But as I said I've started my course and I am worried this will take months to sort out as I know they will not admit their mistakes. Not only that after one of those advisors filling out the form on Monday they have decided to add another mark to my file this week and change the months in which these so called missed payments incurred. So even they do not know when these payments were meant to have been "missed". Has anyone had any luck with resolving this type of dispute?. I will never renew my contract with Vodafone again and I will be making sure everyone on my social media knows about their shoddy services as this is disgraceful.
