Has anyone ever managed to get onto their website?
I try to see my bill and it does not recognise the password. So I go through the forgotten password routine. It sends me a new password by email. I input that and it still refuses to accept it.
I was looking at reviews the other day. 108 out of 110 said that they are complete rubbish. Most of the reviewers wished that they could award no stars. Unfortunately one star is the minimum.
If I had any hair, I would be tearing it out.

They were very good when we joined them; it all went haywire when they introduced their new computer system. Over the last few months, things have started improving for us - I can get into my account, I've got up-to-date bills, I've managed to get a refund and have sorted out a reduction on the DD - none of which I could do for ages.

Thanks. I hadn't spotted that thread.
It seems to me that whoever did the coop software was over paid if they got more than a tenner for it.

I finally got on to them today. They answered within a couple of rings. The operator was very helpful and sent me a new password and he waited whilst I tested it. Very helpful chap.
