That might well be a very very bad idea... If the cheque clears before the request from IceSave comes through, all will be well. If IceSave makes a request and you don't have the money, you'll probably end up with a charge of £30 for your troubles. I doubt that the 3 days or so that it takes for the money to clear will make enough difference to warrant that risk!I am a Chartered Financial Planner
