Tesco Kitchens

Hello.
Has anyone managed to get anywhere regarding the warranty issue with Tesco Kitchens?
I had one fitted last March and stupidly paid be debit card. Now my (Solid wood!) cupboard doors are peeling and bubbling from the bottom and I have a moody tap.
Am I right in thinking that Tesco has completely washed its hands with this issue and no warranty scheme will be put in to place?
Thanks

Regardless of a warranty being in place you might not be able to claim for these items.

The solid wood door issue sounds odd - if this was a vinyl wrapped, or mdf cored door or veneered then I can see this is a possibility. But this is typically going to occur on the top edge, or bottom edge as a result of water splashing and drips. Here the onus is on you to make sure this does not happen, so a warranty claim for this could be rejected.

If the tap has received heavy handed use, or the problem is a result of a poor water supply, or a dirty water supply then again your claim could be rejected.

    Hope this helps.
