Energylinx not paying cashback

I switched my dual fuel via energylinx to take advantage of the £34 cashback offer.
I followed the instructions and sent confirmation of my switch to customers services to obtain my cashback.
I've since emailed another four times over the last month and have had no response, acknowledgement or cashback.
Who can I complain to? Trading standards?
And for anyone thinking of using them.... Don't bother!

    Did you click through from either Quidco or Topcashback? If so, you need to raise a claim through that specific website and not the merchant themselves.

    Is this using the special MSE link to energylinx?

    Are you sure you have not received the cashback, as the money is paid direct into your bank account.

    Have you tried telephoning them? What about live chat?

    Or write to them @ Freepost Energylinx
    (as Harry Hill tells you, nothing else required :))

    Better still, there is a full mailing address at the bottom of the t&cs - use it to send them a letter recorded delivery.

    However, as MSE Martin does say, cashback is not guaranteed until it is in your bank account

    Having said that, I've had no issue receiving cashback from Energylinx in the past.
