Do most credit cards offer 0% once your balance is nil?

get your facts right before posting. Tesco have updated their money transfer offer of 95% of your credit limit,for a fee of 2.9%. In my case I transferred £8500 to my current account for 18 months interest free.
Thus making £60.00 net profit over the term in 123 Santander account.
Also I've just taken advantage of £5700 from Halifax 3% fee at 21 months interest free also.

Just checked my Halifax and the BT has gone through so it is now showing Nil, clicked on Balance Transfer and it's only offering me 0% for 9 months, which isn't any good unfortunately, so I will be closing that one down.
