One lucky reader will win a two night stay at St Cuthbert’s House, a beautifully converted church which offers 5 star accommodation with a truly warm welcome from owners Jeff and Jill Sutheran.
The winner will arrive to afternoon tea in the Cuthbert room, a perfect way to start a stay in Northumberland. Relax with a complimentary bottle of wine in your beautiful room and sink into the sumptuous bed awaiting you, safe in the knowledge that in the morning a lavish breakfast is on the horizon. Whether it’s award-winning local sausage or traditional smoked kippers (a favourite of the Queen!) you will be ready to explore after a home-cooked Northumbrian breakfast.
You’ll also enjoy a unique and special view of the stunning Northumberland Coast as part of your prize, as it includes a boat trip aboard ‘Serenity’ to visit the Farne Islands; home to grey seals, puffins, terns and more - a wildlife lovers paradise.


Terms and Conditions

Only one entry per person.

Applicants must be 18 years or over.

Closing date for entry is 31st December 2015.

The winner will be chosen on Monday 4th January 2016.

The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries.

The draw will be attended by an independent observer.

Prize valid for 12 months from winner notification date.

The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Prize excludes Bank Holidays and the months of June, July and August.

The winners will be responsible for their own transport to and around Northumberland.

Additional beverages, meals, snacks and extra facilities are not included in the prize package.

Your prize includes two nights B&B accommodation at St Cuthbert’s House, Seahouses, a bottle of wine in the room and afternoon tea on the day of arrival.
Also included in the prize is a boat trip to the Farne Islands. Boat trip to the Farne Islands is weather permitting and landing fees are not included.
