GBEnergy have now partially sorted out their website for my account. That means that I should be able to input my meter readings now. However, whenever I try to put the gas reading in it tells me "no", it says it's not a sensible reading. Unfortunately that's because GBEnergy seem to think that my three bedroomed over four floors home with gas boiler for heating and water and a gas hob should only use £5 of gas per month. I've tried to tell them but they don't hear me!
