Windows 10 update failing

Is anyone else having problems with KB3099406 failing to install ?
Security update for internet explorer flash player for Windows 10 x 64 based systems. Have tried a few times but says it is having problems installing gave error code 0x80070564 . Also have two other security updates waiting to be installed KB890830 and KB3097617 but these can not be installed until the first one has ?

There isn't a direct download link for Windows 10 at the previous link ... https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3099406. In fact, the note there makes it clear:

Note For Windows 10, Windows 10 Insider Preview, Windows RT, and Windows RT 8.1, this update is available through Windows Update only.

Mine is 64 bit win10 ? still wont download and it has been days now ...what antivirus are you using Defender?

I have had to hide the updates that won't install keeps telling me they are not applicable to my computer ?
