Hand Written Pay Slips

The Lender is very naive if they only think hand written payslips can be forged
One thing lenders are not is naïve.
They have seen it all and seen every con tried in several ways. They have access to all the background information and cross checking detail we do not see. They also swop information between themselves.
Brokers have to protect themselves and their businesses from being implicated in any fraudulent activity. Therefore any broker that accepts a wage slips without checking corresponding bankings or details of the employer is quite frankly, an idiot.

'I'll write you some hand written payslips this afternoon if you want.'
'The money won't show in your bank account because you are paid cash.'
That is why the Lender does not like it.
The cash goes into the bank account, thought every application, hand pay slips or not had to show bank statements regardless.
And they need to see the business accounts too? That's the one that might be tricky.0 -
Most, but not all, Lenders ask for a least one bank statement with every case.

Or you could easily make computer generated ones using one of the various tools on the market or even just Excel.

You'd be surprised how stupid people can be in their attempts to circumnavigate the rules. As a consequence simply not accepting hand written ones as a matter of policy blocks one avenue.
Lenders who are members of the CML. Under a voluntary code can supply the HMRC with applicants income details for verification if they so wish. There's plenty of ways to skin a cat.0 -

I believe you got the wrong end of the stick on that one. I don't believe anyone said (or at least meant!) that they would.0
