I believe this is a weekly competition with an end date of 06/12Online entry will open Wednesday 14th October at 1200 midday on and close Sunday 6th December at 00:00
Each Monday from 19th October – 7th December at approximately 15:00 Heart one winner will be selected at random from the total entries received at that point. This person will be contacted and notified by a Global Radio representative.
By entering the competition you warrant that Heart can name check you on air, read out who you’re loving back and why, then play your song dedication on air.

Looks like one entry but weekly prizes
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk, select a song dedication from the list of songs and tell us who they are ‘loving back’ and why they wish to dedicate a song to this person. Listeners will have to register their details and also select which Heart Region they are from, from a drop down box.
