St Michaels Freezer Book

I was reading all the threads the other day about freezing food - I know what you can and can't freeze, but somehow feel unsure still. The threads are really good, but everyone was saying how good this book is....so guess what I found in the charity shop two doors down from where I work.....yup - St Michaels Freezer Book, and it only cost me a pound!!!! :T
I'm really pleased, there are some great recipes in it!

I completely agree, I 'borrowed' my sisters copy, batch cooked half a dozen of the fishermen's pie at the weekend - its lovely and really easy.0
