Hello I have received an email with a PDF attachment, I want to print out but I need to alter some spelling mistakes first is there an easy way to do this.

Not terribly easily. There are a number of PDF-to-text converters but they depend on the PDF being properly generated, which it may not be.
Can you select the text in the PDF and copy it into an editable document?A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

It depends how the PDF document was created.
If it was created by say MS Office, Libre Office - you may be able to open them in MS Office or Libre Office to edit them. (But you may lose formatting etc.)
If the PDF was created by scanning a document - it doesn't really contain text, it contains a picture of text. So you would need to use an OCR (optical character reader) application to convert it to text. (More complex, more error prone, and you will definitely lose most of the formatting.)0 -

4th tab along is pdf to office. it's worked for me many times when converting pdf to word then back to pdf again - oh and it's free.0
