    Apart from the above still to be answered questions, is it practically possible for it to be done at work ie would taking you away from your work to do the training cause problems?
    Is there enough access to a computer at work for all staff to be able to do it there?

    You really need to give more information to give a sensible answer.

    Is it certificated training such as food hygiene which you could take elsewhere?
