My employer keeps asking for online courses too be done on line but in home time some off these courses take over an hour can my employer make me do these unpaid

What industry are you in? Just so people can understand the situation better.
Are you on minimum wage? Or more?
Does the job have growth/a future, or is it a dead end job at a pokey corner shop?
Are you learning proper skills in these online courses, or are you feeling it's a waste of time?0 -

Was this discussed at interview?
We had a load of mandatory elearning which was near impossible for people to do while on shift, but we used to pay people for doing it on their home computer.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Can't really say what job on here some off the courses are needed but don't see why I should do them at home0
