Hi,
I'm looking to open several Club Lloyds accounts (3), each account needs 2 DD's, can anyone post links to low payment DD, maybe charity, I've had a look and some of them are £10 Per Month Min.
I don't really want to do Magazine as they are normally introductory for a short period and then get expensive.
I'm sure that this has been asked before, but maybe not so many people want Low income DD?
Many Thanks
Steve

Just setup online saver account that require you setup a direct debt to deposit. Like Post office, AA am sure there is more.
And maybe paypal.... Means nothing won't actually come out till you request payments.0 -
Get yourself over to Tesco and open an Internet Saver and an Easy (or it might be Instant) Access Saver. You can deposit into both by DD, and not have to give up any of your hard earned interest.0

2 x Tesco savings accounts should do the trick. You can then set up monthly DDs on them to pull money from each of your 3 Club Lloyds, and any other accounts which need DDs.:)0 -
Tesco savings accounts for DD's as others have mentioned. Only max of 2 Club lloyds per person though. (1 single + 1 joint)

I went into my local Lloyds and asked them about the account, the lady came out and gave me a booklet that I haven't read as yet, but she said I can have 3
1 for me
1 for my wife
1 joint
I'll take a look through the booklet and I can always check with her.
It sounds like Tesco savings is the way to go.
Many thanks all. :beer:0 -

Definitely.
I would recommend you open two joint savings accounts as they will be able to service all 3 Lloyds accounts. If you do sole ones, you'd need 4 - two for yourself and tow for your wife as the DDs must be against accounts that carry the name of at least one of the account holders.0 -
I'd go the sole account route personally, for a couple of reasons...
1. If you progress with other accounts it will reduce the number of DDs per account.
2. If (when!?) Tesco start to get annoyed at account 'abuse' in general they may not close both your accounts, meaning you can still service 2/3rds of your portfolio.0 -
I've joined the Electoral Reform Society: it's £5 a month for the direct debit and is a worthwhile cause as it wants to do away with our antiquated voting system. If anyone wants a non-Tesco direct debit then I'd recommend it.'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -
What amount do people generally set their direct debit at when pulling from a current account to the tesco saver?
Thanks0
