I have just read the article on the bbc.co.uk website which says some courts are still hearing claims surely if anyone has the power to find out where these courts are you do? I desperately need my reclaim money which is nearly 3K, I have signed your petition but there must be more you can do, the case doesn't start til 14th January so why cant we get existing claims through in the next 5 MONTHS!!!!!
