Removing restrictive covenant

We have a covenant placed on some of our land, which is effectively a large driveway between two buildings that we own, which prevents us from parking there(!) Largely covered already and as implied it is 'the Estate' which appears to have the benefit and presumably that is defined within the deed in some way - if it is and you can identify all the current landowners of the Estate then a legal deed would be required to secure the removal (extinguishment) of the covenant.

I suspect from your posts that the developer is still one of those landowners though
