Veritas 8 Alarm - Faulty Strobe?

Appear to have an issue with my alarm, its a veritas 8.
One of the strobes is staying lit and not turning off. Currently I have omitted this strobe as the alarm cannot be set with this strobe still lit.
Any ideas what the problem is? Faulty strobe? It worked this morning before heading to work, problem has only occured as of writing this thread.
