3 person joint account

Can anyone help - I am trying to find a joint account for 3 people sharing a house to use the account to pay into for household bills/rent etc. Every where I have tried - high street - all throw their hands up in horror! Anyone have one of these - am sure we had one as students in the dim and distant past.

Would you really want to create a financial link between yourself and the people you are sharing a house with? Your credit record would be adversely affected should any of them get into financial difficulties.0

Echoing comments made already I'd set up a sole account that everyone pays into and the bills come out of. Only the sole account account holder can authorize direct debits and can withdraw cash but if you are fair about it then there shouldn't be any left over cash in that account to draw on.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
