Help! Need a cheap flight to Florida!

To cut a long story short, 6 of us mates were meant to be going to Florida in September but I couldn't go, so 5 of my mates booked their tickets as planned. However, now I'm able to go and can't get on the same flight as them. I don't mind booking a separate flight and meeting them there but all the flights I'm finding are £400+ whereas my mates paid near £300!
Dates of travel are 15th Sept to 29th Sept. Don't mind leaving from any London airport and arriving at Sanford or Orlando Int airport.
