Hello

I've Subscribe to the magazine FOCUS
I did not know that the subscription is not free
Since I do not know Swedish. so I ended my subscription
And I received Paper from BankGiro (bill)

But I do not know how to pay subscription fees.
i dont have a Visa card. How can I pay?
Because I could not pay. What can happen?
I need help

Your issue is very unclear. Is this the magazine you mean?

I'm not sure why you would want to subscribe to it if you don't speak Swedish as it says all articles are printed in Swedish.

You'll need to explain what it is that you've received and who has sent it. Can you scan it (blank out personal information) and upload it to an image sharing site, then put the link on here, removing the hhtp:// should let you do it?

OK, the next question is, are you in the UK, or in Sweden? If you're in the UK I don't see anything on there that would allow you to pay it (no BIC or IBAN).

Two more questions, have you actually received any copies of the magazine, and do you want to subscribe to it (despite it being in Swedish)? If you don't want it then I would just contact them to say subscribing was a mistake, they may just cancel the payment as it would cost them a lot to follow it up. If you do want it then you'll need to ask them how they can accept payment from the UK.

yes i received 2 copies of the magazine and i ended my subscription after 2 copies.

Contact Fokus. Bankgirot is the payment system they use and won't be able to help with your query.

Following from agrinnall's comment re lack of IBAN it appears that this is because Bankgirot does not allow international payments/payments in a currency other than SEK. If Fokus want you to pay they'll need to give you another means.

As they have provided the IBAN/BIC in addition to the Bankgiro number you should be able to make a payment from your Moroccan bank account. Unless you want to dispute the subscription/payment in which case you should contact Fokus.

I have no idea how convertible Moroccan currency is or whether its banks are members of SWIFT. I doubt if you'll get much informed help here, this is primarily a UK forum, the number of people with knowledge of both the Moroccan and Swedish banking systems will be close to zero. I think you need to look elsewhere for assistance.
