SmartPro Windows tablet -any good?

Just seen a deal on Groupon for this SmartPro Windows 8" tablet and wondered if it's any good? I'm looking to get my mum on the Internet and I've finally talked her into getting a tablet. She's a complete newbie though and doesn't want to spend any more than £100.

Don't know about that SmartPro one, but I'd rather have a brand. This one has the right resolution, you don't want lower. But I'd rather have 2GB RAM...

For a first time user though, and totally dependent on how they'll use it, you might be better with an Android tablet.0
