Budgeting Advice for Trip to Florida next year

All,
I am looking to go to Florida next year and am looking for help on how much I will need to budget and any other advice I can get.
Plan is to book a villa (probably 4 to 6 people going), would be after car hire also. Would like to go to the parks and perhaps drive to Miami for a couple of nights.
Any help would be gratefully.
