Is my landlord trying to get rid of me?
Comments
-
I never said I wasnt responsible for rent being paid though, if I had the cash on me it would be likely I would of paid by now.
Money owed is about £400
When I have been paying rent on time for years in fact each time when I have been on benefits I ask for it to be paid direct it feels like it comes across I am a bad pesron.
And the LL had no problem with me being a month or so extra in advance before this issue, like its 2 months rent in advance I was paid up 3 months in advance.0 -
You haven't said where you are so based on England having the largest population I'm going to have a punt and say that's where you live.
A landlord doesn't need a reason to issue a Section 21 notice and providing it's a valid Section 21 there's no defense in court against it. It doesn't matter if you have been the best tenant on the face of the planet it's not that difficult to get a tenant out unless you've got an old school Assured Tenancy.0
