flexible shower screen seal

I'm looking for the thing you attach to the bottom of a glass shower screen. My screen is curved. I bought a straight one from b&q which was supposed to soften in warm water but didn't.
Where can I find a completely rubber one and cut to size?
Ones on ebay I can't tell if they're rigid or not. I suspect they are.
