Sunday Times where was I prize

Hi Guys.

Any advice would be fab

I was announced as the winner for Bordeaux short stay that ended on 12th August. I waited patiently to be contacted by The Sunday Times.

I emailed them on 17th September as I had not had any confirmation from them. Had reply to apologise that I had not been contacted but indeed was the winner and should get hotel booked this Autumn :T:T:T:T

I replied with dates on 22nd September & sent a couple of emails since but all are ignored :eek::eek::eek:

Anyone else had problems with Sunday Times competitions?

I won with them last year to Reid`s Palace. Getting it all sorted was really slow but have a bit of patience and they will get back to you in the end. My contact was a guy called Sean who seemed so busy that he was never there, but after a bit of a push, we got it booked. Just keep sending reminder emails. Think I ended up emailing weekly and eventually got it all sorted! Good Luck with it and well done. Bordeaux is fab....or is that just the wine :)

Ah, don`t panic then, he will get it sorted.....just slowly Took about 9 weeks for us just to confirm the date but then when he did get on top of it, the flights and everything were booked in an hour. He told us that he gets that many emails he missed a couple of ours and was very apologetic. I suspect things haven`t changed much! Enjoy your trip, ours was amazing

I won with them last year to Istanbul staying at the Four Seasons Bosphorus also dealt with by Sean at first but was then put onto a lady from Pegasus who arranged our flights. She was very good and let me choose the flight times that would suit us best.
It did take about a month to sort out looking back on my emails but they were very good and it was such a fantastic experience and one we will remember always.
