    Good afternoon all....

    The day is almost over and I have done nothing except reason with red tape.....to no avail

    I am off to T then A for a womble....I need to clear my head and regroup my thoughts and I think I find wombling therapeutic in times like this

    The transaction is cancelled, you are taken over to customer services where they try and sort it.
    They haven't a clue what's happening so they call the manager, he calls security.
    You are then taken out back, interrogated, beaten within an inch of your life, then dumped by the side of the building.
    You dust yourself off, go home, phone customer services and then get sent a £5 gift card.

    ha ha whats the phrase about a true word said in jest....

    Other changes from Tesco include allowing customers to 'try before you buy' Tesco brands and switching where certain products are on the shelves.

    Anyone know what the following is...

    If the shop would have been cheaper elsewhere, customers will automatically get the difference deducted off their bill immediately, both in store and online.

    Could be handy ^^^ :D

    I thought it may have taken the difference off on line at payment but it hasn't. Shame. :(
