Can anyone please tell me what happens when you scan coupons at SS in morriebobs, do they just go through or do they need approval ?

In our store you don't get an opportunity to scan. As soon as you press "coupon" the screen freezes and calls over an assistant who has to go into her special screen to scan them. Right pain when its busy and SA's nowhere to be seen :mad:0 -
I think they're well aware of that 1p items in MrT now as my nearest store has noticed due to technical error items are not available0
