I had a very odd experience tonight

We have a flat which we rent It has problem neighbours now but was fine for years

Let a youngish girl rent it knowing it may not have been the best move but decided to take a chance on her

Well she has scarpered and owes a wee bit of rent BUT she has left it spotless and garden was tidied too

She has taken my not new dishes and microwave but left a suite, a hoover and Christmas tree :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

!!!!!! all this talk about APGs and I suddenly remembered I had the cathedral city one I had not used yet, it expired yesterday.

This is why I don't do APG very often where on earth have those four weeks gone. :eek:

I even printed it out been sat on book shelf with receipt since 15th sept and kept forgetting to take it out.

I will hand over my Elite badge immediately.....

You think that's bad I found £20 worth in a draw that I'd put for safe keeping when I moved house 3 weeks ago ..... Found them yesterday and 1 day out of date gutted is not the word :mad:
