Received no goods from seller and can't get a refund please help??

In September I purchased some goods from off the Internet from a company called social discount network. I went to log in the other day to see whether my goods had been dispatched and I couldn't log into the site, it told me my credentials were invalid. I have contacted the company regarding my goods and a refund but the will not answer me, other people have had an email from them telling them to contact PayPal but I can't as I paid direct with my bank card so I've received no goods and they have took my money. I have proof I ordered them and proof they have took the money! What do I do next???

Asking an existing customer to call an 084, 087 or 09 number about goods or services already paid for is a breach of Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which came into force on 13 June 2014. The regulations require a 'basic rate' (i.e. 01, 02 or 03) number or free (i.e. 080) number.

Regulation 41(2) gives you the right to a refund from the trader of all call costs over and above whatever an equivalent call to an 01, 02 or 03 number would have cost. If your calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers are inclusive, this means the entire cost of calling the 084, 087 or 09 number must be refunded.

    Hi,

If you paid them using Paypal you will have to raise a dispute via them as I recently ordered from them and got email from them saying they would not be able to fulfil order and I should contact Paypal for a refund. why I don't know as they have the money not Paypal!!!! They should be issuing the refund.

Turning out to be a big dodgy as they keep revamping their website. Curious and suspect me thinks.

    good luck
