    There are lots of people entitled to things they don't claim.

    I got whiplash from a car accident (hit from the rear in stationary traffic). I wasn't going to claim until the following month I couldn't dance at my own wedding because of the pain. My compensation paid for physio and a short holiday, to make up for my honeymoon being dampened due to my pain. I'll ever get my wedding day back but it certainly helped.
