. Entrants and Eligibility
This Prize Draw is open to all customers of Southeastern who are resident in the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older, who <answer the question correctly and who provide a valid email address which can (and will) be verified by Southeastern (an “Eligible Person”). No other persons are eligible to participate and entries from persons who are not Eligible Persons will be disregarded. Prizes will not be awarded to any entrant unless and until the entrant has been verified as an Eligible Person. Employees and directors of The Go Ahead Group plc and its subsidiaries, including their spouses and direct family members, agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Flights available from major international airports in London only; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest.
Prize cannot be taken from 22nd December 2015 - 2nd January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Stay must include a Saturday night.
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
Duration of high ropes adventure course at Sky Garden Coimbra is 3 hours; All participants of the high ropes course must have be a minimum height of 1.40 m, Participants may not exceed the weight of 120 kg; Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or must have the written permission of a parent or legal guardian, before they can use the SkyGarden facility; If families are travelling with children under the required minimum height for the Sky Garden then an alternative activity of equal value will be offered.
A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.
Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 or over.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any prize winner for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
By entering this competition, winners agree to their names being published on digital and social media communications for promotional purposes.
By entering this Prize Draw, Eligible Persons agree to be bound by these Terms. Decisions made by Southeastern in respect of these Terms and the Prize Draw are final and binding and Southeastern will not enter into correspondence or discussion concerning any decision. The Prize Draw is open for entry between: 00:01 on 05.10.2015 and 23:59 on 31.10.2015 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Entry is restricted to [one entry per Eligible Person]. Any attempt by an Eligible Person to enter the Prize Draw more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registration, or any other methods will void all that Eligible Person’s entries.
2. Winner Selection
The name of the winning Eligible Persons will be selected at random after the end of the Prize Draw Period and notified by an email within 10 (ten) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period (the “Prize Winner”). Notification will be sent to the email address associated with the Prize Winner. If a Prize Winner does not contact Southeastern within 20 (twenty) days of being notified by email that Prize Winner shall no longer be entitled to the Prize and a subsequent Prize Winner will be generated at random in accordance with these Terms. If necessary, this process will continue until a maximum of 1 (one) Prize Winner has been notified in relation to the Prize and if a Prize then still remains unclaimed it shall be deemed un-awarded and the Prize Draw is ended.
3. The Prize
The main prize is a trip to Portugal for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 which includes: Return flights from London to Porto; Car hire for 6 days with GPS; 5 nights’ yurt accommodation in a forest in Beira, based on sharing a luxury family yurt; Daily breakfast; High ropes adventure course at Sky Garden Coimbra; Dinner at a local restaurant to the value of €100; €250 spending money; Travel insurance.
There will be x3 runners-up. Each runner-up will receive x1 Compact digital camera; x1 Picnic set rucksack; x1 Uno card game; x1 Bananagrams travel word game; £50 food shopping voucher; Secure delivery within mainland UK. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Items may arrive in separate deliveries and may need to be signed for; The runner-up is responsible for ensuring all items on the delivery notes are checked on receipt; Runner-up will be offered a choice of shopping vouchers by prize provider; If stated items are unavailable then alternatives of equal value will be offered.
4. General

The name of the Prize Winner can be obtained by sending an SAE to: Southeastern, by 15 November 2015.
Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes the Prize Winner’s consent to Southeastern’s use of the Prize Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and information for as required by these Terms and for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
All information submitted to Southeastern as part of this Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with Southeastern’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at Southeastern. Personal information will be used to: (a) as described in these Terms and (b) subject to the paragraph above, if an entrant selects to receive marketing information from Southeastern to send marketing information to that entrant. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Entrants may request such action by sending a message to Southeastern.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Prize Winner's or entrants statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of print.

As far as is permitted by law, Southeastern, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Prize Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Southeastern its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
